What if I never received my voucher?


First, check you spam folder.  If it's there, make sure you mark the email as NOT SPAM so future vouchers will go right to your inbox.

 

If you still don't see it in your Spam Folder, you can alway log into your account via the website to access your vouchers.  You can do this my click on the SIGN IN button at the top right of the website.

Can I get a Refund?

 

We will issue a refund up to 5 days from the original purchase date.  If for some reason the course went out of business, we will either issue a full refund or trade out your voucher with a another course at a equal or lesser value.

 

 

What about Rain Checks?

 

Each course has their own rain check policy.  Please inquire with the golf shop first about getting a rain check.  If for some reason they will not issue you a rain check, please contact us at support@mygolfdeals.com
